I am having trouble signing in. What should I do? Go to your Sign In page and enter your Email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, click on the 'Forgot your password?' link on your Sign In page and a system generated password will be emailed to you. Once you sign in with this new password, you will be able to personalize it. | [ ] |

How do I change my E-Mail address or password on my account? You need to sign into your account and select the 'My Account' button. This will take you to the Account Information page where you can change/update any of your account information. Once you have made your changes click on the Save Changes button at the bottom of the page. |

Why do I have to provide my contact information? The information you provide in the contact information section will be used to customize your online experience. Your zip code, for example, will be used to make your auto search more efficient. |

Why do I have to provide my e-mail address? To create your account, we need your e-mail address. Linking each account to an e-mail address ensures the account.s uniqueness and it provides us with a way to contact you if needed. This e-mail address will also be used for receiving your search alerts (see Saved Searches section). Please note that we respect your privacy and do we not sell or provide e-mail addresses to third parties without your consent. |

What is a listing? Each ad posted to the site is considered a listing. |

How do I find the car I am looking for? There are several tools available to car seekers. You can Search for new or used vehicles of your choice or you can Browse through all new and used vehicles available on the site. If you are looking for a new vehicle, you should use our Configurator tool allowing you to build a new vehicle and request a quote from a local dealership that carries that particular vehicle. After you have conducted each search you will have the opportunity to create a Saved Search that will save you time in your search for vehicles. You can set up Saved Searches to alert you by E-mail when new ads are posted matching your search criteria. You control how often this E-mail should be sent and for how long. You should find the seller's contact information in the details of each ad. You can contact the seller directly to receive information on automobiles they have available for sale. |

How do I find buyers for my car?
Automobile buyers search our site on a daily basis for vehicles that match their criteria. By posting your ad online you are exposing you vehicle to a wide audience of potential buyers. The details of your ad appear on a full page that includes your ad contact information and a seller contact form. This gives potential buyers an easy method for contacting you.

How do I create an account?

How can I find a new car? On the Search page select the vehicle make and model and check 'New' type of a vehicle. Decide on any other criteria you wish to search for on this form and run your search by selecting the Search button. How can I find a used car? On the Search page select the vehicle make and model and check 'Used' or 'Certified Pre-Owned' type of a vehicle. Decide on any other criteria you wish to search for on this form and run your search by selecting the Search button. If you don't know what particular vehicle make and model you would be interested in, use the Search by body style form or browse all vehicles on the site using the Browse pages [browse by make model]. |

How can I select multiple Makes and Models in my search?
Single vehicle search is displayed by default when you select the 'Search Autos' tab. If you want to search for multiple makes and models, select the 'Select Multiple Makes/Models' link on the vehicle search form. Once you click the link, you can select up to six different Make and Model combinations. First select the vehicle make in the far left window, and then select the model from available options. Once you select the model, the particular vehicle will appear in the far right window as your selected vehicle. If you wish to remove the vehicle from the search, click on the make and model in the selected vehicles window and it will be immediately removed.

What is the difference between Online Ads, Classified Ads and Dealer Inventory? Online Ads are ads, which have been placed online only by a private seller. Classified Ads are ads that also appear in our print publication. Dealer Inventory refers to ads placed by dealerships and not private parties. If all three options are chosen for your search, you will be able to search through our entire database of automobile advertisements. |

I can't find the vehicle I'm looking for. What should I do? If your search is not returning any results or as many results as you would like, you can try one of the following:
New ads are being posted daily on our site. If you are getting results but did not immediately see an ad that interested you, create an account with us and then create a Search Alert, so that you can be alerted when new ads are listed meeting your search criteria. If you do not wish to create an account, please bookmark our site and check back frequently to search new ads. |

How do I contact a seller?
The seller's full contact information is included with each ad. Please check the seller comments section for the best way to contact that particular seller and follow their instruction. Some sellers prefer to be contacted by phone, some by email.

I requested more information from the seller but they haven't contacted me. What should I do? You may consider sending another request/reminder to the seller. Make sure the contact information you provided to the seller is correct. Most sellers include their contact information along with their ads. You may also consider contacting seller directly. If your information was correct and you suspect an issue with the 'E-mail the Seller' form please Contact Support. |

Saved Searches may help you find a vehicle faster and can work as an automatic vehicle hunter when you're not even on our site. You only have to enter your search criteria or the details about what vehicle you are looking for once. After you conduct a search, you have the option to save the search. If you wish to do so, select the 'Save Search' link at the bottom of the search results page. First of all you will need to give your Saved Search a name, select alert frequency and choose when you want to stop receiving the alerts. After you complete filling out all the information, select the .Save Search. button. You can also use the search form below the saved search section to make any changes to that particular saved search.

How do I change the settings on my Saved Searches?

How do I turn off a Saved Search Alert?
If you don't want to keep receiving your search alerts, you can deactivate them by changing the alert frequency. Deactivating your search alerts will keep your search in your account but you will not be receiving any email alerts and you will be able to re-activate the saved alert at any time. What kind of buyer responses could I get? The method of responses you will receive depends on what response method you include in your ad. You have the opportunity to include your phone number, and email address for buyers to contact you. |

When will my ad be published on the site (visible to others)? There are four update times throughout the day. If your ad is posted before the update time, it will be published or visible to others once the update is finished. The update times (Pacific Standard Time) are 7AM, 10AM, 1PM, and 7PM. The updates usually last up to two hours. |

What is the difference between 'Posted' and 'Pending' Ads? Posted ads are live on the site, available for seekers to search and browse, while the ad posting process of pending ads has not been completed yet and these ads are not available to view. If you wish to post your pending ads, proceed to the checkout and purchase the ad.
To pay for the ad select the 'Checkout' button. This will take you to the checkout page where you can select your payment method. Once the ad has been paid for it will be scheduled to go live with the next update after it has been approved by the site administrator. |

I keep getting 'Error Processing Transaction' page. What does that mean? When you enter inaccurate billing information into the processing form, an error message 'Error Processing Transaction' will be generated. Select the 'Click here to modify your information' link and make sure your credit card information has been entered correctly. |

What does 'Pending Approval' mean? To prevent ad inaccuracies and possible fraudulent activities, all ads go through an approval process. Occasionally the process may take up to several hours in which case the will be marked as 'Pending Approval' which is denoted with [R] in your Ad Manager. Once the ad has been approved by the site administrator the ad will go live with the next update. There are four update times per day (7AM, 10AM, 1PM, 7PM PST). |

How can I find out how many times my ad has been viewed? You can check responses to your ads by signing in and going to the 'My Motors' page. On 'My Motors' you will see 'Ad Responses' table with statistics for all of your posted ads. This table includes numbers for Email Requests, Ad Detail Views and Email Friends. Please note that these are aggregate statistics for all your ads. At the top of this table you have the option to enter the date range you are interested in. To get a detailed report of your responses, select the 'Download Report' button. You will download a detailed report including the contact information and comments of potential buyers for your vehicle. The report will be downloaded in .csv format. |

What does the red '[R]' mean? The '[R]' denotes that the ad has been posted, but has not been approved by the site administrator. |

My ad does not appear to be getting any page views, what is wrong? If your ad isn't getting any responses, there is couple of things you can do:

To edit your ad, go to 'My Motors' and select the 'View All' link in the Ad Manager. Once you click that link, a list of all pending and/or posted ads will be generated. Find the ad you would like to edit and click the edit icon |

How do I upload a Photo for my ad? We recommend that you include photos with each ad as ads including photos generate more responses than ads without photos. If you have a photo available, select the browse button and go to the directory which holds the picture(s) you would like to use. Double click or highlight the name of the file and click the .open. button. After you have selected the photo, click the upload button and the picture will appear in the corresponding window on the right side of the screen.

What size/type of photo can I upload? We support .jpg and .gif formats. For best results select a size or quality setting that makes the image 320x240. Keep in mind, we resize and optimize all images for presentation and speed on our site. |

Can I cut and paste the description from another file? You may copy/cut and paste from a text format only. Save your document as a text document, open it in a text editor, copy and paste into the form. This will prevent any formatting issues. |

What contact information will be listed with my ad? You dictate how much contact information will be displayed with your ad but at a minimum, we must display the city and state and zip code of where the vehicle is located. When posting your ad, you can enter your contact information on the 'Ad Details' page. At the bottom of this page, you will see a section for, 'Seller Contact Information'. Please enter in any required information and any additional contact information you would like us to show with your ad. |

How can I protect my identity? You will be able to enter in your contact information as you would like it displayed with you ad. While you must enter correct information for the required fields, you can decide not to include some information. For example, do not include your phone number if you do not want buyers to contact you by phone. For more information, read our Privacy Statement |

What do the Copy, Delete and Renew buttons do?
Copy icon Delete button - Deletes the ad completely. The ad will no longer be editable or renewable. Renew button - Renews any of your selected ads. You may need to purchase this renewal by going through a checkout process. |

What is Body Style? Body Style will be used to help buyers search for your vehicle. It describes the configuration of a vehicle. For example, passenger vehicles are available as coupes, sedans and convertibles. Examples:

What is Trim? Certain models of autos may come in several varieties or levels of 'trim'. These are often defined by letter combinations, like CE or XL and may be referred to as 'model grade' by the manufacturer. Different trims typically have feature or style differences from other trims of that model. |

What do I enter for the warranty information? This field would be used to describe what kind of warranty is available for the automobile you are posting, i.e. 3yr/30,000 Mile, Factory Warrantee, or None. This is not a required field but if your vehicle is under warranty, we recommend you do include it with the description. |
